By placing an order on WishVeda ("Platform"), you acknowledge and agree that our classical remedies (including ointments, churnas, asavas, and tailas) are manufactured under licensed Ayurvedic GMP standards according to shastric Granthas.

• Pricing & Taxes: All direct prices displayed on WishVeda include 12% Ayurvedic Shastric GST. Prices are subject to revision without prior notice, but orders confirmed prior to updates will be honored at the booked price.
• Platform Direct vs. Curated Affiliates: Products labeled 'WishVeda Direct' are fulfilled from our central pharmacy facility. Outbound affiliate links (e.g., Amazon, Tata 1mg) are subject to the independent terms and checkout policies of those partner platforms.
• Medical Disclaimer: Classical Ayurvedic formulations are traditional lifestyle supplements prepared as per ancient authoritative texts. They are not intended as substitutes for personal emergency medical treatment. Please review specific shastric indications on product labels.

We respect customer privacy and never sell or rent personal information to external marketing brokers. We collect only what is strictly required to process and deliver your classical remedies.

• Information Collected: Name, phone number, email address, and shipping addresses for fulfillment, GST tax invoicing, and delivery OTP authentication.
• Payment Security: WishVeda does not store debit/credit card CVVs or netbanking passwords. All online payments are handled via bank-grade 256-bit encrypted secure gateways.
• Order Updates: Notifications are sent exclusively for order dispatch status, courier tracking, and opt-in privilege drops.

All platform direct orders are dispatched from our central temperature-controlled facility within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.

• Carrier Partner: Primary express courier partner is BlueDart Express Air, supplemented by Delhivery and Speed Post for remote pin codes.
• Free Express Shipping: Orders with a cart subtotal exceeding ₹499 qualify for 100% Free Shipping. A flat fee of ₹90 applies to orders below this threshold.
• Estimated Delivery Timelines: Metro cities: 2–3 business days. Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns: 3–5 business days. Remote pin codes: 5–7 business days.

Due to stringent Ayurvedic drug safety norms and tamper-evident packaging regulations, classical formulations cannot be accepted for return once opened.

• Transit Damage / Breakage: If your glass container arrives cracked or broken in transit, notify us within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing photo. We will immediately dispatch a 100% free brand-new replacement.
• Defective Seal: If the safety seal is broken upon arrival, do not consume. Contact dispensary care for priority re-dispatch.
• Cancellation: Direct orders may be cancelled prior to warehouse packing without cancellation penalty fees.
